Dectomax V Dual Combination Drench for Cattle and Sheep

Zoetis is excited to announce that Dectomax V is now registered for use in sheep. Dectomax V by Zoetis is an evolution from Dectomax that combines doramectin, from Dectomax with the added strength of an active called levamisole.

Dectomax V is an injectable formulation that treats gastrointestinal parasites, in addition to ticks and sucking lice. With Dectomax V now registered for use in sheep, some key benefits include the dual active injectable ensuring highly effective dosing, easy administration for convenient and reliable use, and targeting the three major worm species affecting sheep.

Dectomax V for sheep treats and controls macrocyclic lactone-sensitive strains of gastrointestinal worms in sheep, including:

-          Barber’s Pole (adults)
-          Small Brown Stomach Worm (adults)
-          Stomach Hair Worm (adults)
-          Black Scour Worm (adults)
-          Small Intestinal Worm (adults)
-          Nodule Worm (adults)
